I’m Lise, educator, coach, and lifelong learner obsessed with helping women like you feel powerful in your own body. I grew up on a farm, studied kinesiology, and spent years learning what actually works when it comes to sustainable health. I know what it’s like to juggle a million things, feel like you’re starting over every Monday, and still want more for yourself.
This business is built on resilience, realness, and results. You don’t need to be perfect, you just need a plan that fits your life, and a coach who believes in you. That’s where I come in.
